Automotive Vacancies - Service Booking Clerk Motor Trade Jobs - Service Booking Clerk Salary: £22,000 Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday Saturday on a rota We have a new opportunity for a Motor Trade Service Booking Clerk in Suffolk. We are seeking to recruit a highly professional individual who can provide support as a Service Booking Clerk. You will need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. Key duties will include recording all relevant information in terms of service bookings, advising customers on service, parts and warranty updates, arranging and re-booking for customers service work to be carried out, advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections, along with registering payment by finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payment. You will also need to provide similar support to the sales team. A confident telephone manner and a background in Sales would be very beneficial. Key performance indicators will include Customer satisfaction, repeat bookings and retail hours sold. The successful applicant will be, IT literate, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Full driving licence is required along with a stable working history.
