Service Air Conditioning Engineer Salary: £44,000 – £55,000 per annum + Overtime (OTE £60,000+) Benefits: Company Van | Fuel Card | 40-Hour Contract | Overtime at 1.5x | Pension | Holiday Allowance Service Air Conditioning Engineer Required Our client is a well-established and growing HVAC company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality air conditioning services across commercial sites. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer seeking a long-term role with a competitive salary, regular overtime, and genuine opportunities for career progression. The Role As a Service Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include: • Servicing and maintaining a wide range of air conditioning systems. • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently. • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM). • Responding to reactive breakdowns. • Producing accurate service reports and job documentation. • Delivering excellent customer service on every visit. • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations. Requirements To be considered, you should have: • Previous experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems. • Valid F-Gas Certification (essential). • Full UK Driving Licence. • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Salary & Benefits • £44,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience). • Overtime paid at 1.5x , with realistic OTE of £60,000+ . • 40-hour working week . • Company van provided. • Fuel card. • Pension scheme. • Paid holiday. • Ongoing training and development. • Stable, long-term employment with a growing business.
