Description
Anton Paar Hungary Kft. is seeking a Service Administrator to support the service team and the Service Manager in their daily operations. In this role, you’ll handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate service records, and support communication between customers and internal teams — all to help deliver top-quality technical support. If you value teamwork and want to grow professionally in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you! • Preparation, verification, and archiving of maintenance contracts • Requesting and reviewing service confirmations • Supporting the service team with spare part procurement and logistics • Coordinating the loan process of service tools from nearby subsidiaries • Tracking and managing the calibration of in-house tools and equipment • Occasional support in invoicing processes • Supporting the service team in day-to-day administrative tasks • Acting as a communication link between the service department and other internal teams • Administrative/business education • Good PC skills, experience in MS Office applications • Native Hungarian • Verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally on the phone • Time management, strong organizational skills • Ability to work well in a team and independently • Advantage: Experience in administration Experience with SAP • A stable and supportive working environment • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, technical field • Development opportunities in administration and service coordination • Close cooperation with regional and international colleagues
