Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 Are you an SEO Account Manager looking to step up as an Account Director, at an agency that prides itself on their focus on training and development? Or are you an SEO Account Director looking for an opportunity to have greater control of client strategy? If this sounds like you then we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you. About the Company Due to continued successes and growth, this international agency is looking for a SEO Account Director to take the lead on some of their most prestigious client accounts. As SEO Account Director you will have the opportunity to work hybrid and flexibly out of their London office: Whatever works best for you. The company prides itself on its training and development, with weekly training sessions; either internal or externally by one of the agencies many partnerships with Google, Meta etc. This includes a personal progression plan to aid you into your growth in the SEO Account Director role, with both technical and soft skill development. SEO Account Director Role & Responsibilities As SEO Account Director your primary responsibility will be taking ownership of a number of key client accounts and creating high-quality strategies for them. Additionally, you will: • With the support of the Head of SEO, formulate and execute results driven SEO strategies for key client accounts. • Providing clients with regular reports on campaign performance, with recommendation of improvements. • Up-sell and cross-sell addition agency services to client when possible. • Staying up to date on current news and industry changes and filtering those down to the junior members of the SEO team. • Supporting new business pitches on occasion. Skills and Experience The company is committed to the personal development of its team with individually tailored, internal and external training to support you as you work in a structured career progression plan to a Head of SEO position. However, the business does ask that you have: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO. • Confidence in building and developing relationships with clients and understanding best how to meet their SEO needs. • Proven record of performing SEO to a high-level. • Well-rounded SEO skills, technical SEO, on-page, content creation and link building. • Analytical mindset and experience with Excel and Analytics tools. • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate with people with limited SEO understanding. • A strong understanding of the range of SEO and analytics tools. • Agency experience (desirable).
