This role goes beyond keeping the lights on and the coffee stocked. It’s about creating an office experience that supports productivity, collaboration, and the way people work today. We’re looking for a result-driven Senior Workplace Operations Manager to lead our Americas and Europe teams, based out of our New York City office. This position is onsite five days a week, ensuring a high standard of workplace operations, employee engagement, and safety. We are looking for someone who can balance operational excellence with employee experience, who sees the big picture while mastering the details. In this role, you’ll optimize office operations, drive smart space utilization, and manage vendor partnerships to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective workplace. If you enjoy making complex operations run smoothly and want to shape an office people, choose to come to, we’d love to meet you.   What you’ll Do You will oversee daily workplace operations and employee experience, managing a team to ensure our offices run efficiently and support the needs of a modern workforce. · Operational Leadership: Lead the Office Operations team, setting high standards for facilities, hospitality, and employee services. . Optimize space: Use data to drive smart decisions on space utilization that reflect hybrid work realities. · Oversee facilities vendors: Manage third-party partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline across facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, and supplies. · Lead employee experience: Foster a positive workplace environment by creating spaces and experiences that support employee engagement and well-being. · Operational Leadership: Lead the Office Operations team, setting high standards for facilities, hospitality, and employee services. · Data-Driven Strategy: Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling, and data visualization) to analyze occupancy and badge data, translating insights into space-utilization strategies. · Financial Stewardship: Own the workplace budget (Opex/Capex), including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization. · Employee Experience: Deliver meaningful, customer-centric event and hospitality experiences at scale across Payoneer’s sites in a cost-efficient and operationally sound manner. · Strategic Vendor Management: Manage the full vendor lifecycle, from RFP and contract negotiation to SLA enforcement, across services such as cleaning, catering, and security.   Who You Are · Experience: 6+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multiple sites or regions · People Management: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams. · Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex data analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting. · Problem-Solving: Strong exe
