Jouw uitdaging Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, plannen, selecteren van contractors en begeleiden van nieuwbouwboringen, putinterventies en abandonments in Nederland, Denemarken en Duitsland. Je zorgt voor de implementatie van de juiste wettelijke en operationele normen, inclusief rapportage. Je bereidt programma’s voor, onderzoekt de huidige situatie en bepaalt de manier van handelen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • Je draagt zorg voor de technische afstemming met service-providers en contractors; Je levert technische input op samenstelling voor drilling fluids, casing design, BHA, cementatie, etc. • Je stuurt programma’s bij/redesign aan de hand van field-data. • Je bent onderdeel van multidisciplinaire teams voor bijzondere projecten (Field development, WIMS, alternatieve abandonment-methodes, etc). • Je geeft technisch advies voor de aanschaf van materialen en diensten en aan aan asset owners (opties + risico-inschattingen). • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met toezichthouder (SODM) op gebied van technische ontwerpen. • Je bent als expert betrokken bij het opstellen van risicoanalyses en het verder verbeteren van werkprocessen. De Senior Well Engineer rapporteert aan de Manager Drilling & Well Interventions. Dit kun jij van ons verwachten Je wordt onderdeel van het Well Lifecycle Engineering team waarmee je samen verantwoordelijk bent voor de lifecycle van de putten. De technische aspecten bieden hierin genoeg uitdaging. Tot slot beschik je over de volgende punten: • Je beschikt over een afgeronde Bachelor’s Degree richting Engineering, een Master’s Degree is een pre. • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring in drilling of well engineering in het brede scala van nieuwbouw tot abondement. • Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal; er is een sterke voorkeur voor Nederlands-sprekende kandidaten.
