Senior Web Analyst / Consultant | Adobe Analytics | Remote
Join a leading organisation in digital analytics as a Senior Web Analyst, supporting exciting projects in a data-driven environment. This role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern, balancing remote work with occasional onsite presence in BW, Germany.
The Role:
• Support and optimise digital analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics
• Design, implement, and maintain tracking concepts (events, data layers, tags)
• Analyse website and digital performance data to derive actionable insights
• Create dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders
• Advise internal teams and clients on best practices in web measurement strategies
• Support tagging and implementation via Adobe Launch or similar systems
• Ensure data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance
What You’ll Do:
• Implement, configure, and optimise Adobe Analytics solutions
• Design tracking strategies and maintain relevant data layers
• Analyse website data and generate insights for business improvements
• Develop dashboards and reports tailored to various stakeholder needs
• Collaborate closely with development teams on tracking implementations
• Support system rollouts, migrations, and upgrades within the Adobe ecosystem
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and governance standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics (implementation or analysis)
• Strong understanding of digital tracking, web technologies, and data layers
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch or similar tag management systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to occasionally visit Mannheim onsite
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with GDPR and data governance standards
• Knowledge of other analytics or marketing tools
• Web development experience (HTML, JavaScript, APIs)
