We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Hygiene Engineer to join this established Water Treatment Company operating from their Kent-based office and covering sites across London and the South East. This role requires a highly skilled individual with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently, as well as lead small teams on-site. Key Requirements • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the water hygiene / water treatment industry • Extensive experience working with cooling towers, including: • Dosing equipment and dosing pump servicing • Replacing dosing hoses and installing service kits • Venting pumps and diagnosing system faults • Strong background in cooling tower water treatment monitoring, including: • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis • Adjusting control systems and investigating issues • Producing detailed client reports with clear findings • Proven experience in cooling tower and storage tank cleaning & disinfection • Experience leading small teams (2–3 engineers) on-site • Basic understanding of closed systems, including: • Sampling and dual sampling alongside consultants • Applying remedial dosing where required • Experience working on domestic water systems, including: • Automatic dosing units • Dosing pump servicing and fault finding Package • Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 • Company van & fuel card • Expenses covered • 25 days annual leave • Access to employee perks platform • Company mobile phone • Bonus scheme
