The Opportunity This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned wastewater professional who can confidently operate, troubleshoot, and optimize municipal wastewater treatment facilities and collection systems while providing leadership and technical guidance to less experienced operators. Key Responsibilities • Operate and maintain wastewater treatment facilities and collection systems • Monitor plant performance and process control parameters to ensure regulatory compliance • Conduct process adjustments, troubleshooting, and operational optimization • Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs • Review operational data and laboratory results • Complete operational records and compliance reports • Respond to alarms and emergency situations • Support on-call operations rotation • Assist with inspections and audits • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior operators • Support SCADA monitoring and troubleshooting
