For nearly 10 years Rosso has been one of Manchester’s must-go restaurants. With a truly unique mix of ambience, quality, luxury and a venue that has to be seen to be believed, we are looking for passionate and confident waiting staff to join or team. The qualities ideal candidates will possess include (but are not limited to): • Current/ previous experience in a similar busy, high-end restaurant environment. • A willingness to work in a supportive and structured environment. • Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations.
