About the Role    As a UX Writer at BEES, you will be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of B2B solutions focused on the Customer Support user experience and the creation of interfaces that connect BEES with our customers. You will be working closely with fellow product designers, product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to bring BEES products to life through delightful and effective product experiences. BEES is seeking a user-centric and data-driven UX writer to oversee our organization’s consumer-facing UX writing strategy, research, and execution. You will work with and support teams responsible for the concept and creation of all BEES apps and products and report to the UX Writing and Localization Manager.   What you'll do: Ownership : Be responsible for the creation of copy within BEES projects and ensure consistency across all the products.   Execution : Turn technical and complex copy into clear and concise copy. Organization : Maintain guidelines and style guides that include tone of voice.   Analysis : Understand data and how to use it for content strategy. Collaboration : Work with different stakeholders to ensure the copy and strategy is aligned with overall company goals. Strategy :Understand key product strategy metrics tying them into your content strategy.   Writing process : Test copy ideas to best support and guide our users.   What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree. Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills (in English).  Experience delivering end-to-end digital products within a cross-functional, iterative team environment that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement.   Demonstratedability to think at a high level about product strategy but also act tactically with speed and precision.   Your experience across a range of design thinking approaches and methodologies allows your team to quickly discover the right answer to user problems. The ability to craft copy in a variety of different formats, from microcopy to long-form. Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects concurrently without missing a beat. Accuracy and attention to detail when delivering copy and guidelines. Possess an understanding of content strategy and how that relates to business strategy and delivery copy that promotes this relationship.   Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects concurrently without missing a beat.
