UX/UI Designer – Design Systems Global Digital Platforms | Contract Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design system team working at the heart of digital product delivery across multiple global brands. In this role, you’ll help shape and scale a high-impact design system that empowers product teams to create seamless, accessible and consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, a UX writer, QA engineer and scrum master to continuously evolve the system, its components, and the way it supports teams across the organisation. What You’ll Do Design and maintain a high-quality library of reusable components and patterns in Figma Evolve foundational design tokens such as typography, colour palettes, spacing and motion Develop usage documentation and internal guidelines that bring clarity and consistency Create onboarding materials, training content and demo videos Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote adoption of the system Contribute to internal events, newsletters, and other ways of sharing best practice What You’ll Bring Significant experience in UX/UI design for responsive web and mobile applications Proven track record working with or building design systems at scale Expert knowledge of Figma, including component libraries, variables and tokens A strong eye for visual detail with the ability to create polished, consistent UI Excellent systems thinking and the ability to manage complexity across platforms Bonus: experience with motion design, accessibility and component documentation Please send your CV to [email protected] if interested in this opportunity!
