Description
UX Designer (Expert)
We’re looking for a skilled UX Designer to enhance user experiences across our dealer and customer platforms. You’ll also dedicate 50% of your time to improving the SPX (Sales and Purchasing Experience) system, collaborating with developers and the service owner to manage the backlog and optimize usability. What You’ll Do:
Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our dealer and customer platforms.
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance the SPX CRM system for dealer networks.
Rapidly prototype designs using Figma for visualization and testing.
Conduct user research & usability testing to drive informed design decisions.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
Stay ahead of UX trends and best practices to improve our products continuously.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Figma proficiency for rapid prototyping.
Strong user-centered design and research skills .
Excellent collaboration & communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment .
Bonus: Knowledge of front-end development.
