Kron from Storebrand is already Norway's most-loved fund savings   app . Are you an experienced developer who wants to join us and take it to an even higher level? Who are we? You're   an   experienced backend developer   (or   fullstack !)   who's   motivated by, and takes pride in,   th at the   code   you write   contribut es   directly   to a better   end product . You also care about   architecture, code quality, testing and tooling , and you love when things are set up so that you and your colleagues can build at high speed without anything breaking. People who are   more   self-driven   than average   and who enjoy a   “ startup-like ”   culture   thrive at Kron. That means that with us, little is set in stone (and   very little   in   specs   and backlogs ) —   instead   we   focus on   continuous exchange of ideas and discussion , with a relaxed attitude and a   low bar for   trying things out.   At Kron,   there is a short   path   from   pitch ing   a good new idea   to the team ,   to   you   taking   responsibility and   getting   it into production . The working language of the team is English ,   and   you need to have a good   command of it.   I f you know Norwegian (or want to learn) that   is a   bonus.
