Ubiquiti Prague R&D team is looking for UI/UX DESIGNER! Candidates should be prepared to work from our Prague office at least three times per week. Responsibilities: Actively participate in various projects and voice your ideas and solutions Maintain and create new design systems for Ubiquiti Inc. products Design high-quality, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile Requirements: Expert level UX and UI design skill 3+ years of experience designing interfaces for web and mobile Experience with Figma Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems Strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns Fluent in Czech and English Nice to have: Interest in IT products & technologies Benefits: Competitive salary and 5 weeks of vacation per year Discretionary bonuses based on individual performance Flexible working hours, remote work, home office Top floor office near Andel with amazing view of Prague Kitchen packed with food, snacks & sodas, meal allowance A collective of developers who want to make the best product.
