🚀 Opportunity: Senior UI/UX Design 📌 Job Details Model: Hybrid (1 to 2 times per month onsite) Location: São Paulo - SP Hiring Type: Contractor (PJ) Workload: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Business hours 🎨 We are looking for a UI/UX Designer! We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to work on creating modern, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces, participating in all stages of the design process, from problem discovery to delivering solutions to the development team. The professional will work alongside Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders, contributing to the creation of digital products that combine user experience, business objectives, and visual quality. 🚀 Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and gather requirements; • Apply Design Thinking methodologies to define solutions; • Develop information architecture and navigation flows; • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes; • Develop responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications; • Create, maintain, and evolve Design Systems; • Conduct usability tests and propose improvements to the user experience; • Ensure adherence to accessibility best practices (WCAG); • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. 🤝 Requirements: • Experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital projects; • Knowledge of user research, information architecture, and user experience; • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces; • Hands-on experience with Design Systems; • Proficiency in Figma; • Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; • Knowledge of Responsive Design and accessibility principles (WCAG); • Experience in agile environments (Scrum and Kanban); • Analytical, collaborative, creative profile with a focus on problem-solving.
