Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is looking for a Senior Technical Superintendent to enhance our client's operational efficiency for offshore vessels. Oversee the operational and technical performance of offshore fleets. Lead the technical team ensuring high standards in maintenance and repairs. Plan and manage dry-docking projects and periodic maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and environmental standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and vendors. Conduct audits and inspections for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Review technical reports and recommend necessary actions. Assist in budget planning and cost control for vessel operations. Requirements Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical management of offshore vessels. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing technical teams. Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
