Join our Technology team as a Technical Project Manager and play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project execution, and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable business impact. What will you do? Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, dependencies, and success criteria Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive effective communication across all project stakeholders Provide regular project status updates, metrics, and insights to leadership and key business partners What are the key skills we are looking for? Project Management — advanced level; leading complex technical projects from initiation through delivery Stakeholder Management — advanced level; building strong partnerships and aligning diverse teams toward common goals Agile Methodologies — intermediate level; facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile project execution Risk Management — intermediate level; identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and dependencies Technical Acumen — intermediate level; understanding software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and system architectures Resource Planning — developing level; managing timelines, budgets, and team capacity to ensure successful delivery Data & Reporting — developing level; using project metrics and dashboards to support decision-making Communication — advanced level; delivering clear and effective updates to technical and non-technical audiences What qualifications will make you successful?
