Description
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including system setup and account provisioning. Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and user licensing. Manage MFA, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and email security. Perform email monitoring, message tracing, quarantine management, and email recovery. Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and access. Oversee antivirus management, Windows upgrades, and endpoint security. Monitor backups and maintain IT documentation and asset inventories. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and end-user technical issues. Provide timely IT support while ensuring adherence to IT policies and best practices.
