They're a premium, fast-scaling brand known for their innovation, culture, and commitment to excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind their hiring strategy, working inside their business as part of our Chapter 2 embedded model. What You’ll Do: Work fully embedded within a cutting-edge client, acting as their internal Talent Partner. Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. Use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes.
