Among other things, you will- Partner with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.- Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent.- Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning.- Drive process improvements, from metrics, AI features to tooling.- Be a PlanRadar ambassador, promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint. Who you are- You have proven experience recruiting different roles in-house (Sales, Development, Product etc.).- You have a strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.- You are familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments.- You are data-savvy: use metrics to steer decisions and improve results.- You are a strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude.- You have excellent spoken and written German and business English skills.- Bonus: You’re creative, optimistic, and love improving how things work.
