Location Allambie Heights, NSW, Australia About the role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant , you will play a key role in attracting exceptional Allied Health professionals who are passionate about making a difference. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you'll provide strategic recruitment support while building talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs. Using your expertise in sourcing and relationship building, you'll proactively engage top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help strengthen CPA's employer brand. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): • Manage end to end recruitment for Allied Health roles, from advertising and sourcing through to offer and onboarding. • Proactively source and headhunt talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, referrals, networking and talent mapping. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice and market insights. • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while building long term relationships with candidates. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes. About you: • Experience recruiting Allied Health or healthcare professionals preferred • Strong sourcing, talent mapping and headhunting skills. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast paced environment. • Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS/ATS. • Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values.
