Job Purpose The Senior Sustainability Manager is responsible for spearheading the organization’s sustainability agenda across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) pillars. This role will work cross-functionally to implement strategic sustainability initiatives, improve reporting practices, and ensure alignment with global standards. Key Responsibilities Sustainability Strategy & Leadership        Lead the development and execution of company-wide sustainability strategies and roadmaps.        Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed sustainability into core business functions and operations.        Stay updated on global sustainability trends and advise the leadership team on implications and opportunities. Sustainability Programs Implementation        Evaluate current operations for opportunities to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.        Lead initiatives in energy efficiency, carbon emissions reduction, waste minimization, and water conservation.        Promote a company-wide sustainability culture through employee engagement and education. ESG Data Management & Reporting        Oversee collection and validation of sustainability metrics.        Develop and maintain annual ESG/sustainability reports in line with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, ISSB, HKEX).        Prepare and maintain the organization’s greenhouse gas inventory.        Coordinate third-party verifications and manage environmental certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 50001).        Support the organization’s ESG ratings improvement efforts by managing survey submissions and investor queries. Requirements Qualifications & Skills      Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.     Minimum of 5 years' experience in sustainability, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.      Strong familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and environmental management systems.      Proven track record in implementing sustainability strategies and programs.      Excellent communication and project management skills.      Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
