About the Role *This role requires being onsite at our New York office twice a week. As a senior strategist + community manager, you’ll set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to create culturally impactful work. You’ll translate marketing objectives into channel strategy and social content ecosystems with ease.  This role requires the ability to successfully manage relationships with both external client stakeholders and internal agency teams as they work together to bring social strategies and content to life for a luxury, culturally iconic spirits brand. Additionally, our ideal candidate is someone who can work autonomously in a fast pace, hybrid strategy and community engagement role with heavy writing and ideation proficiency. Should be a flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and isn’t afraid to provide their POV. Responsibilities: Absolutely must be able to plan, manage, and execute multi-channel social strategy and social content management across Meta, Tik Tok, Reddit and Pinterest. Work with creative teams to develop messaging and visual assets. Provide thought leadership to clients as well as recommendations for best practices and opportunities for improvement. Audit program and campaign-level content strategies and offer recommendations for updating in-market assets. Distill insights into compact, easy to understand language that inspires conceptual creative development. Identify opportunities and clearly communicate strategic recommendations both internally and to the client. Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring posts are published on schedule and aligned with campaign goals. Monitor and respond to community interactions, addressing comments, questions, and feedback to build strong relationships in an appropriate tone. Identify trends, cultural moments and shifts that matter and translate them into clear ideas and brand opportunities. Analyze engagement metrics and audience sentiment to uncover trends and optimize content strategies. Track and report feedback and reviews across social platforms, providing actionable insights for improvement. Collaborate with strategy, account, and creative teams to ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines. Identify key insights from audience conversations to inform content creation and enhance engagement strategies. Stay informed on social format & content trends, cultural shifts, and best practices to adapt strategies and improve community management efforts. About You The essentials: 7+ years of marketing, strategy and community management experience working with multicultural and/or luxury accounts. Independently develop social strategies that will flex across multiple social channels such as Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok. Work on a highly-cross functional team with ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Collaborate closely with creatives to inspire them in bringing ideas to life. You’re a team player, bring a positive attitude, meeting challenges with resilience and humor.
