Senior Specialist Reporting Solutions We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Reporting & Real Estate Operations Team. Your tasks and responsibilities: • Oversee the management and implementation of client-specific reporting projects. • Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients, asset managers, and internal stakeholders regarding reporting topics. • Analyze individual client requirements and develop tailored reporting solutions. • Coordinate implementation projects for new mandates, fund structures, and reporting requirements. • Ensure the timely and high-quality production of customized client reports. • Facilitate collaboration with internal departments such as fund accounting, IT, operations, risk management, sales, client services, and compliance. • Enhance and automate existing reporting processes and data flows. • Support and implement changes within the reporting environment. • Prepare presentations, status reports, and management updates for ongoing client projects. • Promote a service-oriented and solution-focused collaboration within the team. • Act as a subject matter expert on all reporting-related issues.
