The Senior Specialist – Power BI Developer / Reporting is a senior analytical position within Deeplight consultancy, embedded directly within a major banking client. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade dashboards and reports that translate complex cybersecurity and risk data into actionable business insights. Serving as a critical interface between technical security squads and executive leadership, this position requires advanced data modeling expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the professional diplomacy necessary to deliver high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders within a Tier 1 financial institution.  You responsibilities in this role include: Designing and building intuitive, high-performance Power BI dashboards and interactive reports that track cybersecurity metrics, threats, and compliance health. Constructing robust data models, DAX measures, and Power Query (M) transformations to aggregate disparate security data sources into a unified reporting layer. Collaborating closely with cybersecurity engineers, risk analysts, and senior management to translate business questions into technical reporting specifications. Establishing validation processes to ensure the absolute integrity and accuracy of all automated security reporting, mitigating the risk of reporting errors. Driving internal adoption of developed reporting tools by conducting training sessions and creating documentation for end-users across the bank. Supporting Deeplight's engagement footprint by modeling exceptional standards of analytical precision, design clarity, and professional accountability.
