Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist – IT Security Operations to oversee and ensure the effectiveness of security operations across enterprise and asset environments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining security control health, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and internal cyber security requirements, while working closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders. Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day IT security operations across organization Monitor the health and effectiveness of security controls and drive continuous improvements. Manage and oversee incident lifecycle including detection, triage, escalation, and closure Ensure SLA compliance across incidents, service requests, and change management activities. Track and ensure timely remediation of Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT) findings. Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NCA, PDPL, and ISO standards Oversee performance of key security domains including: Cloud Security Identity Security Prepare operational dashboards and reports on incidents, SLAs, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness. Maintain IT Security Operations SOPs and processes Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field 3-4 years of experience in IT Security Operations or Cybersecurity Professional certifications such as Security+, Network+ or equivalent are preferred
