This role is responsible for demand planning, inventory optimization, supply risk management, and customer engagement activities while collaborating closely with engineering teams on product changes, new product introductions (NPI), and technical supply chain requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, customer-focused communication, and technical understanding to drive supply chain performance and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and meet SLA’s. Analyze performance metrics, monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material flow. Customer Engagement Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and manage escalations effectively to drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication. Conduct regular customer reviews to understand demand trends, forecast changes, and business requirements while communicating order status, material constraints, lead times, and recovery plans. Support strategic customer programs and long-term planning activities.   Engineering Collaboration Partner with engineering teams on product lifecycle management activities and drive cross-functional technical reviews and project meetings Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation. Evaluate supply chain impacts of design changes and recommend mitigation strategies. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop forecasting and demand analysis reports. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve supply chain efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, operations, or engineering support. Experience working in a customer-facing or cross-functional planning role. Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification. Experience in semiconductor, industrial equipment, manufacturing, aerospace, or high-tech industries. Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and engineering change management. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools. Fa
