About the Role We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Sourcing professional to join our team and drive regional sourcing excellence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution-developing robust supplier networks, championing material innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of sustainability and compliance. You will collaborate closely with global teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to optimize our supply chain and drive our growth. What You'll Do • Develop and execute sourcing plans in collaboration with sales, product development, sustainability, and design teams. • Build and maintain a competitive, high-performing vendor network. Regularly review preferred suppliers to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service. • Partner with regional sourcing offices to simplify and standardize processes, boosting efficiency while ensuring strict anti-bribery, corruption, and compliance controls. • Work hand-in-hand with design and product development teams to discover new materials and explore emerging sourcing countries. • Partner with the Sustainability and CSR teams to enforce responsible sourcing policies and guide suppliers along our high-standard sustainability roadmap. • Drive the adoption of SCM tools, leveraging data to improve spend control, contestability, and overall compliance. What We're Looking For • A Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Textiles, Purchasing, or a related discipline, backed by 3-5 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Navision is a major plus. • Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills. effectively. • Willingness to travel
