The Role As a Solutions Engineer at Lucanet, you will serve as a technical expert for our product suite, collaborating with sales teams across Europe and Asia to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll lead product demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and provide expert advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning our tools to customer pain points. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll develop sales support materials, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and stay informed on industry trends. Your background in finance and sales engineering, or technical roles will enable you to thrive in this dynamic position. What you'll do Lead technical product demonstrations tailored to customer pain points and requirements. Provide expert advice on Lucanet’s offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve product positioning and sales performance. Develop and maintain sales support materials, including demo databases and training content. Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies. What you bring to the table A background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise like financial reporting, planning, taxation, group accounting or similar. Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech. Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools, with familiarity with Lucanet’s product suite being a plus. Strong communication skills in English to engage stakeholders across diverse markets. Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer challenges.
