Description
Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and genuinely skilled Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support ongoing marketing execution across email, LinkedIn, website content, and SEO. This is a hands-on execution role — not a strategy-only position. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of their work, communicates transparently, and brings consistent energy and output every single day. AI tools are welcome as a support layer, but strong independent thinking, writing ability, and real platform proficiency are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot & Email Marketing
Build and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot
Upload, tag, and segment contact databases accurately
Automate workflows and email sequences
Create and send targeted newsletters to segmented audiences
LinkedIn & Social Media
Manage and post content on LinkedIn (primary platform)
Engage with comments and grow audience organically
Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across platforms
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write high-quality original content for a professional, white-collar audience
Produce posts, newsletters, and campaign copy with minimal hand-holding
Use AI tools to assist — not replace — original thinking and writing
Website & SEO
Upload and manage content in WordPress
Support on-page SEO and blog publishing
Contribute to website improvements and layout updates
Reporting & Communication
Share work-in-progress proactively — do not wait until everything is "perfect"
Provide regular updates on task status and campaign performance
Flag blockers early rather than going silent
Must-Haves
Proven, depth-level HubSpot experience (implementation, not just reporting)
Hands-on email marketing and campaign execution
Strong LinkedIn content and engagement experience
Excellent English writing skills — especially for corporate/professional audiences
Microsoft 365 proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
WordPress experience (content publishing and basic updates)
Comfortable using AI tools as an assistant, not a ghostwriter
Reliable, high-energy, and proactive communicator
Nice to Have
SEO experience (sustained, not one-off)
Paid ads (LinkedIn, Google)
Video editing
B2B or professional services industry background
What Success Looks Like
Work is shared openly and in progress — not hidden until it's "ready"
Output matches the energy and capability shown in the interview, consistently
Campaigns are running, contacts are segmented, content is live
Communication is clear, direct, and human — not AI-generated sounding
Tasks are completed in realistic, stated timeframes — no surprises
