About the role:
Looking to do the best work of your career?
Do it with Dove, one of the most respected global brands on social. We’re building a team across 15 markets to own Dove’s social presence end to end: insight and ideation, platform-native creative, publishing, live ops, and community. From the first idea to the final reply, you’ll shape how Dove shows up every day and create work that influences culture.
You’ll move at newsroom speed with rigorous craft—launching ideas that travel, partnering with standout creators, and turning comments into conversations that become cultural moments. The brief is straightforward: make Dove the most culturally relevant brand on social. You’ll have the scale, purpose, and creative freedom to make it real.
If you’re motivated by ideas that matter, sharpened by data, and committed to making the internet more positive, this is the place to do it. Bring your craft and your courage. Together we’ll build culture—not just content—and do the best work of our careers.
You'll be responsible for Dove UK's organic social media across key platforms, turning brand purpose into platform-native content that builds community, drives conversation, and earns attention. Based in Kingston with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week on-site), you'll partner with creatives, strategists, content creators, and the Dove UK brand team to ensure every post, reply, and cultural moment ladders up to a coherent, ambitious social strategy.
We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.
What you will be doing:
Content and Channel Management:
Lead the client's UK organic social media management across TikTok and Instagram , setting and maintaining a high standard for content quality, community management and brand consistency
Plan and manage social content calendars, balancing always-on publishing with campaign activations, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities
Write and review social copy, ensuring tone of voice is compelling, authentic to the brand, and tailored to each platform's conventions
Monitor social channels and cultural conversations for opportunities to inject the client's voice into relevant moments, using social listening tools and cultural awareness to act quickly
Community and Engagement:
Build and grow the client's UK social communities, fostering genuine connection with audiences through proactive engagement, conversation, and community management
Identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and add value for the client's audience through creative activations, partnerships, and real-time engagement
Track trending topics, hashtags, and cultural events, assessing relevance and briefing the team on opportunities worth pursuing
Strategy and Performance:
Input into the client's organic social strategy
