Senior Service Delivery Manager role based in London, United Kingdom, with hybrid working and client site visits. This is a client-facing Service Delivery role focused on ownership, relationship management and continuous service improvement within an MSP environment. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a small number of flagship enterprise clients, acting as the primary service owner and trusted advisor across key accounts. The role involves leading monthly service reviews, QBRs and strategic sessions, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities, driving service improvement and supporting the transition from project delivery into BAU. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Service Delivery within an MSP or consultancy, confidence working with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients, a solid understanding of ITIL and structured service environments, commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery. This role would suit someone who wants to move beyond managing services and into owning relationships, influencing outcomes and raising service delivery standards.
