Qualifications: • Ph.D. degree with 2 year in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field • M.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry • B.S. degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry. Experience required: • Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge with laboratory techniques such as HPLC/UPLC (including SEC, HIC, IEX, and RP), CE, cIEF, Simple Western. • Candidates with small molecule API or drug product HPLC/UPLC experience would be most desirable. • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills • A strong team player with excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude. • Strong ability to deliver complex objectives under aggressive timelines in a rapidly changing environment. • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
