Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled IAM-Engineer to actively manage, configure, and optimize our Saviynt Identity Governance solutions. In this role, you will ensure our identity platform aligns with organizational needs, industry best practices, and compliance standards. You will play a key part in application onboarding, system integration, and supporting audit readiness. Key Responsibilities: • Actively manage and configure Saviynt’s Identity Governance solutions by customizing workflows, roles, policies, and access requests to meet organizational requirements. • Monitor and maintain integrations between Saviynt and various identity sources (such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SaaS applications). • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow and access provisioning. Support the daily operations of our intelligent, cloud-based IAM platform. • Drive technical discussions regarding new feature implementations, including the onboarding of new applications onto Saviynt. • Generate and analyze reports related to user access, compliance audits, and role effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize tools and processes. • Adhere strictly to segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and established Application Security policies, processes, and procedures. Actively support audit tasks and compliance reviews. What You Need to Succeed • Degree in Information Technologies or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. • At least 2 years of experience with Saviynt IGA Tool. • SAP GRC knowledge would be a plus. • Good understanding of SOX compliance and SOD. • Knowledge of various audit and security controls. • Good communication skills with a high degree of independence and self-reliant way of working. • Ability to work in a global matrix environment. • Good written and spoken English Our Offer to You • Multinational working environment • Medical and Dental plan (including spouse and children) • Life Insurance Plan About Mettler Toledo METTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
