As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of successfully solutioning the enterprise application end-to-end, designing and building the solution, implementing integrated processes, serving as a technical expert. And you will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer success.   Ideally, you have strong experience, enjoy designing transformation solutions, have hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar platforms like MS Dynamics, SAP C4C, etc.), and edge technologies while working closely with our customers. And serving as a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, managing customer expectations, negotiating solutions to complex problems whilst guiding our customers, partners and our implementation teams on how to best execute digital transformations involving the Salesforce platform. The big CRM platforms like Salesforce innovate at a high pace, which requires all of our people to stay on top of the latest trends and evolutions (Agentforce for example). At valantic you will have the opportunity to jump on that train and keep your skills up to date at all times.  Be a key stakeholder within a growing team for smaller and larger international projects in our focus industries Lead workshops, translate and decipher business needs and requirements to create business value and demonstrate skills in the implementation lifecycle Assist and support deep-dive pre-sales engagements, identify and help build service offerings, explore and drive opportunities in new industries Develop strong client relationships and become a platform ambassador Own architecture and design. Put in place secure, robust and scalable IT architectures Act as a role model, be a technical lead, validate solutions and guide & inspire your team Cultivate expertise and taking pride in your work Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and related industry and technology drivers Contribute and create technical & solution architecture Proactively communicating for continuous improvement within our team and for our customers.
