If yes, then this is the job you're looking for , webook.com  is Saudi's #1 event ticketing and experience booking platforms in terms of technology, features, agility, revenue serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom surpassing over 2 billion sales.  Role Overview The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for driving high-impact revenue growth by owning complex deals, closing strategic partners, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. This role leads the full sales cycle end-to-end while acting as a role model for sales execution, deal discipline, and CRM excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting Proactively source and develop high-value leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and market mapping Qualify partners against ICP, commercial viability, and long-term revenue potential Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Sales Leadership & Deal Ownership Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature Lead high-stakes discovery, pitching, and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals within approved commercial guardrails Drive urgency and momentum across longer sales cycles Revenue & Performance Management Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Forecast revenue accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygiene Ensure all sales activities, deal stages, and next steps are accurately reflected in the CRM Identify risks, blockers, and upsides early and proactively address them Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with onboarding, operations, finance, and account management teams to ensure smooth partner activation Support junior sales team members through knowledge sharing, best practices, and informal coaching Act as a feedback loop for product, operations, and leadership teams based on partner and market insights Process, Governance & Improvement Uphold high standards of deal quality, documentation, and commercial discipline Contribute to improving sales processes, playbooks, and tools Share competitive intelligence and market trends to support strategic decision-making Requirements 3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development Strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals Advanced cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
