This role is not about posting jobs and waiting. It’s about owning IT/Tech recruitment end to end , partnering with stakeholders, and consistently delivering high-quality technical talent. You will work primarily on IT and technology-driven roles , acting as a true extension of our clients’ teams and a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Your role & impact Own and manage end-to-end IT / Tech recruitment processes from intake to offer Work on a wide range of technical positions Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, tech communities, direct search) Build long-term, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders Actively participate in technical and competency-based interviews Manage candidate pipelines, ATS, and all related recruitment administration Lead offer management and salary negotiations , ensuring a strong candidate experience Deliver regular reports and market insights to senior management on hiring progress, talent availability, and best practices Continuously optimize IT recruitment processes based on market trends and data
