We have an exciting unique opportunity for a Senior Reward and Systems Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This is a very important role covering several tasks including delivery of an efficient and effective payroll service; managing and developing existing HR systems ensuring they are ready for future changes and supporting and developing current and future reward initiatives. This role is suitable for anyone who has a high level of organisation, pays attention to detail and has multi-tasking capabilities. Education/Qualifications • CIPD Qualified level 5 or equivalent experience Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential:- • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation that impacts on pay and reward policy and practice • Proficient user of MS Office applications including advanced Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong customer focus and a genuine desire to deliver high standards of service • Able to create and maintain logical systems (including process maps), workflows and reports • Ability to write procedures and guidelines • Able to manage, lead and continuously develop a robust end to end payroll and HR transactional service provision • Solid knowledge of Payroll and HR database systems • Experience of managing all aspects of payroll administration, including PAYE, pensions, SMP/SSP, payroll reconciliation and analysis. • Ability to interpret data, translate observations and learning into actionable recommendations and produce analytical reports.
