Isn’t that beautiful?  #LI-RD1 Requirements The Senior Retail and Training Executive is responsible for driving the commercial performance, retail excellence, and capability development of assigned niche and emerging brands across the retail network. This role serves as the key bridge between Retail Operations and Training, ensuring that retail teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business targets. As the brand custodian in the field, the Senior Retail and Training Executive oversees sales performance, retail execution, customer engagement, product knowledge development, and coaching initiatives while partnering closely with Brand, Retail Operations, Training, and outsourced service partners. The role requires a highly entrepreneurial individual capable of managing niche brands with a hands-on approach and balancing operational excellence with people development. Main Roles and Responsibilities: 1.     Sales and Business Performance Management •   Own and drive sales performance of assigned niche brands across all retail locations. •   Monitor weekly and monthly sales trends, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend action plans to improve performance. •   Analyze sell-out, productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other retail KPIs. •   Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Retail Operations teams inexecuting launches, activations, animations, and promotional campaigns. •   Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations to maximize sales opportunities. •   Support achievement of CRM objectives, including customer acquisition, database capture, loyalty, and client retention initiatives. 2.     Retail Operations Excellence •   Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations for assigned brands. •   Monitor stock availability and maintain optimal inventory levels in partnership with Supply Chain and Sales Operations teams. •   Identify out-of-stock risks and coordinate replenishment actions promptly. •   Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and
