This Senior Red Team Consultant role involves designing and executing red teaming engagements, adversary emulation operations, and providing strategic security recommendations to help organizations understand and defend against real-world attack scenarios. What You'll Do • Plan and execute red teaming engagements including reconnaissance, profiling, attack objective definition, and attack tree development • Conduct offensive security operations across multiple attack vectors: network, web applications, physical, and social engineering • Perform Windows Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement techniques • Develop custom tools, payloads, and evasion techniques; conduct reverse engineering and EDR evasion research • Lead small teams on engagements, mentor junior staff, and communicate findings and recommendations to clients What You Need • 5+ years of offensive security experience with red teaming and purple teaming engagements across multiple industries • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS • Expertise in Windows Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement • Hands-on experience with C2 frameworks such as Sliver, Nighthawk, and Mythic • Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, C/C++, PowerShell, and Bash • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) • Demonstrated social engineering, phishing, and email security knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have • Expertise in exploit development and assembly programming (x86/ARM) • Threat modeling, threat intelligence, or incident response experience • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD technologies • Physical penetration testing skills including entry techniques, RFID hacking, and alarm bypasses • OSCP, OSCP-E, GWAPT, GPEN, or GXPN certifications Comprehensive benefits including generous time off, company-wide holidays, team events, international travel opportunities, work-from-home support, monthly cell phone and internet allowance, training budget, 401k matching (US), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and paid parental leave
