We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead our efforts to find top-tier professionals for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital/marketing agencies. You should have extensive experience in recruiting for senior roles, mostly through headhunting About Our Clients Our clients are US-based digital agencies, marketing firms, and eCommerce companies seeking talent such as video editors, media buyers, and creative strategists. Responsibilities Source and recruit senior talent (mainly for eCommerce and marketing roles) based in SEA and EU Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with curated recommendations Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand standards, and specific project requirements Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience Requirements Experience working in or recruiting for digital agencies, marketing agencies, or engineering roles Strong headhunting experience is a must Ecom experience is a plus Familiarity with the SEA talent market is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Benefits Competitive salary (Paid in USD) + Incentive for every closed role Experience working in an international setting Work From Home Flexible Hours
