Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering The Company Regional subcontractor providing civil engineering works to a number of construction projects within the region for large builders and private developers. The Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor works closely with the business owner to manage costs across all projects. This will include handling applications for payment, monthly valuations, dealing with the client team and reporting to the Directors. Experience Required This is an ideal position for a competent Quantity Surveyor who is eager to have commercial autonomy within a small business, working within a friendly office environment. Remuneration Salary is negotiable depending on experience up to a maximum of £67,000 plus car allowance.
