Excellent opportunity for motivated Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a growing and successful team in Perth. We have: • Opportunities to take an active role in the office and on project teams • Provision of quantity surveying services from project inception to completion on a diverse range of private and public sector projects • Interaction with clients and consultant teams You have: • A professional qualification in quantity surveying or construction economics, or property related fields preferred • Superior English verbal and written communication skills including report writing • Ability to lead, mentor and manage junior staff • Corporate Membership of an appropriate professional body or working towards one (AIQS, NZIQS, RICS, SAQS, etc.) • Excellent communication skills • Advanced computer skills (including BIM expertise) • Proactive approach to service delivery • 8 to 15 years’ experience in professional QS practice • Well-presented and professional with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executives • Australian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred)
