ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced web quality engineer to help ensure web and e-commerce experience meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience — the digital storefront millions of guests use to order food, manage their loyalty rewards, find nearby restaurants, and check out with their preferred payment method.  You’ll work in a collaborative product team alongside developers, product managers, and designers, championing quality throughout the development lifecycle. Testing coverage, automation depth, and accessibility compliance are core priorities: every release is expected to maintain the seamless cross-platform web experience our guests expect. TECH AT A GLANCE Our web QE stack in plain terms: Area & Details Framework: React (Next.js) — SSR/SSG web app Language: TypeScript (strict mode) — strongly typed throughout Unit / Component: Jest, React Testing Library End-to-End: Cypress (primary), Playwright Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack, Sauce Labs (real browser clouds) CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Vercel / custom pipeline Bug Tracking: Azure DevOps Crash / Error Reporting: Sentry Analytics: Adobe Experience Platform, Quantum Metric CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites — headless & traditional Feature Flags: LaunchDarkly (controls which features are live for which users) Auth: AWS Cognito (token-based login/session management) WHAT YOU’LL DO • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for React/Next.js web applications across desktop and mobile browsers. • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, UI/UX, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. • Build and maintain automated test suites using Cypress for end-to-end flows, Jest and React Testing Library for unit and component coverage, and real-browser validation via BrowserStack or Sauce Labs. • Validate integration and content rendering within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites CMS, including headless content delivery and personalization surfaces. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, product managers, and designers — to define test requirements and ensure testability and accessibility of features (including ADA/WCAG compliance). • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work closely with developers to drive resolution. • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in Azure DevOps; monitor open defects through to closure. • Monitor app performance a
