BBL Property Recruitment Senior Property Manager Midlands / Hybrid We re working with an independent, national property services group who manage in excess of 20,000 units UK wide. With a traditional, customer service approach deployed through its team of over 200 staff across specialist, structured divisions, they now seek an additional senior property manager as follows: • Working part home, part site and part office based, reporting in to a Midlands office 2-3 days per week • Overseeing a local, compact and long held portfolio of blocks comprising freeholder, settled new builds and RMC s • Undertaking a thorough and accountable service in relation to budget setting, major works management, site visitation, insurance provision and resident correspondence. • Mentoring/Managing Assistant Property Managers and Property Managers, providing technical guidance and advice as required • Acting at client level, having direct liaison with key stakeholders as required. The suitable Senior Property Manager will come from a stable career background, hold AIRPM qualification as a minimum, have in-depth leasehold management experience and wish to progress their career in an independent, quality focused and fully accountable setting. Remuneration for the successful Property Manager will include a basic around £45k, car allowance of £4k, pension, perk box, nursery benefit, long service awards and 5 weeks holiday (plus public) to start.
