Deine Aufgaben: • Aktive Mitarbeit im Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozess – von der initialen Dokumentation bis hin zur Analyse und Berichterstattung • Steuerung des Change-Management-Prozesses (Identifikation, Analyse, Bewertung und Umsetzung von kostenrelevanten Änderungen) • Analyse von Angeboten zur Sicherstellung von wirtschaftlich optimalen Lösungen für unsere Kunden • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Abstimmung von Schlussrechnungen inkl. Bearbeitung von Nachträgen • Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Kostenplänen für wichtige Kundenprojekte • Überwachung der Projektkosten durch Erstellung von Bewertungen und Kostenberichten • Klare Kommunikation von Kostenabweichungen innerhalb des Projektteams • Unterstützung effizienter Projektsteuerung durch transparente Dokumentation und rechtzeitige Kommunikation • Mitwirkung bei der Klärung von Baukonflikten sowie Nachtrags- und Claim-Management • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden durch Coaching und Leadership Dein Profil: • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektkaufmann, idealerweise aus dem Bau-Beratungsumfeld oder einem Generalunternehmen • Fundierte Erfahrung im Pre-Contract Cost Management sowie in Kostenplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Change Management • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Abstimmung von Änderungsanträgen mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten • Kenntnisse zu alternativen Baumaterialien und deren Kostenstruktur • Studium im Bereich Bauwesen, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld eigenständig Prioritäten zu setzen • Freude an Teamarbeit und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen • Verhandlungssicher Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Alle Interviews finden persönlich oder virtuell (mit Video) statt.
