Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL, with projects throughout the country. The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and other commercial construction. Path Construction values individuals with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Duties for Senior Project Managers include: • Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Managing project budgets and cost control with full P+L responsibility. • Overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers. • Contract administration, procurement, and estimating. • Processing pay requests, change orders, and requests for information. • Implementing safety controls and maintaining high quality standards. • Tracking submittals and scheduling.
