Job Description: Key Responsibilities •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes, including regulatory, business transformation and technology-backed initiatives. •Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, risks, and benefits realisation. •Develop and maintain integrated plans, manage critical paths, proactively address delivery constraints and anticipate, surface and resolve delivery risks and issues early. •Navigate matrixed structures, resolve competing priorities, influence across functions without direct authority and align stakeholders with differing objectives. •Drive decision-making through clear communication, data-driven insights and pragmatic trade-off management. •Deliver programmes in compliance with Sun Life governance, PMO standards, financial controls and risk management requirements. •Ensure transparency, accuracy, and discipline in progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting. •Collaborate with PMO team to provide practical delivery feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in enterprise execution. Experience & Qualifications •Typically 10–15+ years of project or programme management experience, with a strong track record delivering large, complex initiatives in financial services, insurance or other regulated environments. •Strong programme and project execution skills, including planning, dependency management, risk management and benefits tracking. •Ability to operate effectively and flexibly with ambiguity and complexity. •Clear, concise and structured communicator. •High level of stakeholder maturity and organisational awareness. •Strong commercial and financial acumen related to programme delivery. •Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP are desirable Job Category: Temporary Employee Posting End Date: 14/08/2026
