We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Coordinator to administer Deficiency Reports (DRs) for programs supporting mission-critical systems. This role is responsible for monitoring, managing, and ultimately closing DRs and external dependencies in cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership and accountability, understands data center and IT infrastructure concepts well enough to ask the right questions, and can effectively manage technical teams without serving as the technical implementer. Responsibilities Coordinate the internal dissemination and adjudication Deficiency Reports (DRs) and external dependencies Monitor DR status, hold program accountable to planned DR and external dependency work off Brief stakeholders on the status and work off plan for DRs and external dependencies Drive discussions with stakeholders to identify priorities and need-by dates of DRs and external dependencies Work with program teams to gather DR and external dependency closure artifacts Coordinate with stakeholders to drive planned DRs and external dependencies to closure Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of professional experience leading technical teams to deliver new capabilities and solutions for US Government or aerospace customers Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact and develop positive relationships with customers, teammates, and company senior leadership Possess strong team building, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher Ability and willingness to work on site in Boulder, Colorado Ability and willingness to travel locally within the Denver Metropolitan Area to support meetings.
